These terms apply to your use of versatileluxuryproperties.com (the "site"), operated by Versatile Luxury Properties LLC, doing business as Versatile Stays ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Information on this site

We work to keep descriptions, photos, amenities and availability accurate, but they may change without notice, and building amenities are controlled by each building. Photos are representative, and your apartment may differ slightly from the photos shown. Nothing on the site is a guarantee of availability or a binding offer.

Bookings and stays

A stay is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing, or when you complete a booking through our booking site. Each stay is governed by the rental agreement, house rules, and payment and cancellation policy shown or sent to you when you book. Those documents take priority over anything on this site. Minimum stays apply: 14+ nights in Miami and 30+ nights in Los Angeles and Irvine. Some buildings require identity verification, a background check or guest registration before check-in.

Third-party services

Our booking site and checkout are provided by Hospitable, and payments are processed by their payment partners. Links to other websites, such as Airbnb, maps or building websites, are for convenience. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site. That includes submitting false information, spamming our forms, trying to access systems you aren't authorized to use, or interfering with how the site works.

Intellectual property

The site's content, including text, photos, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. This section doesn't limit any rights you have under your rental agreement or under law that can't be waived.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
