What's included in the rate?
A fully furnished apartment with utilities, Wi-Fi, parking, in-unit laundry, a dedicated workspace and access to the building's amenities.
Can you bill our company directly?
Yes. Tell us who should receive invoices and we'll set it up.
What's the minimum stay?
14 nights in Miami and 30 nights in Los Angeles and Irvine. Extensions are often possible, depending on availability.
How many apartments can you provide?
We have 20 furnished apartments across Miami, Los Angeles and Irvine. Tell us how many you need and when, and we'll tell you what's open.
Do guests need to be screened?
Some buildings require ID verification, a background check or guest registration before check-in. We walk each guest through it.
Are pets allowed?
Pets aren't permitted. Service animals are welcome with documentation, as required by law.
